I was born and raised in the small Eastern Kentucky town of Ashland. It was there that I first discovered my love of music and singing. My parents had a band and sang together for over 28 years until my mother passed away. In fact, music is what brought my mother and father together. As a teenager, I started singing in their band. Later, two of my brothers also joined in as bassist and drummer.
I now reside in Mt. Washington which is located Southeast of Louisville, Ky. I am fortunate to have access to many Country Jamborees in the local area where I sing regularly as a guest. I've had the privelege of sharing stages and opening for entertainers such as Ronnie McDowell, Neal McCoy, Crystal Gayle, Loretta Lynn, Ernest Tubb and Little Jimmie Dickens to name a few. I've also been very fortunate to meet and sing with many of the local entertainers. I've met a lot of great folks along the way.
I thank God every day for his blessings and giving me something in my life that I enjoy so much.
